FAQ

  • We usually suggest coming in anywhere between 3-6 weeks depending on how fast your brows grow and how long colour lasts on your skin.

  • It depends what you are wanting from the colour! This can be discussed at your Restyle appointment.

  • Before your appointment:

    -Exfoliate your brows gently to remove any dead/dry skin from the brow area

    -Make sure skin is moisturised and hydrated

    After your appointment:

    -Keep your brows dry for at least 24-48 hours

    -Avoid cleansers directly on your brows

    -Be careful when rubbing your makeup off, go around the brows

  • Yes! We can just tweeze the brows. Please do let us know in the booking notes if this is the case and remind us at your appointment.

Lamination and Lash Lift

  • 8 weeks. There must be at least 8 weeks between these services.

  • Lamination: Keep brows dry for at least 24 hours then apply the complimentary oil once daily.

    Lash lift: Avoid mascara for the first 24 hours.

  • If this is you then yes absolutely:

    -I want fuller, lifted, more symmetrical brows.

    -My brow hairs grow downwards or in all different directions.

    Keep in mind;

    -It Doesn’t need to be crazy thick and fluffy (Unless thats your vibe which we also love!)

    -Can be styled sculpted or fluffy or somewhere in between!

    If this is you then we may need to discuss other options:

    -Damaged/unhealthy/snapped brow hair.

    -Some extremely patchy/sparse brows.

    -Some really, really course wirey brows.

    -Really sensitive skin or dry, flaky skin in the brow area.

    -Using strong skin medications or products.

    -You’ve had a facial peel, intense facial treatment or cosmetic procedure in the last week or two.

    -You’ve bleached your brows in the last 8 weeks

 Policies

  • Same day cancellations/reschedules will be charged 100% of the appointment price.

    All longer appointments (Anything over 30 minutes) require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.

    Standard appointments require at least 24 hours notice.

    If you have a change of mind and choose to alter your appointment you will need to do this before the required 24-48 hour period or you will still be charged for the whole appointment.

    Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than the required time will result in a 50% fee of the appointment cost or loss of deposit. This will be taken from your stored card

  • Failing to show to your appointment will result in a no show fee. 100% of the service price will be charged to your card or will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

  • If you are running late please let us know. We will do our best to try and accommodate but we usually work back to back clients.

    We may have time for part of the service in which case you the full amount of the serviced booked will be charged.

    We may need to reschedule if there is not enough time. This will result in a no show fee.

  • All long appointments (Laminations, Lash lifts, Makeup or multiple appointments booked) Require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non refundable. We will take this from your stored card the week prior to your appointment if not made already online.

    If needing to reschedule, your deposit will be held for 6 months.

  • Please ensure you are confirming your appointments via the text you are sent.

    You may change your appointment yourself on timely, via Instagram dm’s or text. (Preferably using timely)

  • The best way to make an appointment is via our online booking system which can be found on our website or Instagram.

    Alternatively you can text or Instagram dm. Please provide;

    -Full name/number/preferred day & time/service.
